  So far my stay here has been great. The front office staff and the maintenance guys have been more than accommodating. The culture all around has been great. My washer went out one night and the next morning Deandre was there to quickly fix the issue. I thought I would need a whole new dryer. He came with the part in question and had it repaired in no time. I am enjoying it here

  Great service at Cape House. I no sooner put in a service request and Deandre was at my door to help. When it comes to any kind of maintenance issues I’m a real nerd. I just feel very lucky to be a resident of Cape House Apartments. A special thanks to all the maintenance gentlemen and the kind and very helpful ladies and gent in the office.

  Nice community and customer service was great, although I felt like I was sold a dream. Spent a lot of wasted money to apply here, to be given a strict criteria that might as well be as if I was applying for a house. Even during the process, it took a while for them to respond to me while I had many questions, and some of the info was conflicting. Going back to some of the reviews I’ve seen through different apartment sites, the fees here seem to be a recurring problem and that’s not good for prospects that are looking for something nice, yet reasonable and affordable. Wish I could just get my money back had I known.
