Pool is advertised but hasn’t been open for the 6 months i’ve lived here, utility bill is split between all units in your building so i consistent pay $225 a month for utilities and live alone which is insane never paid more than $100 a month prior to this place. the property isn’t maintained, rocks are everywhere and the siding that keeps the rocks separated from the walk ways are all kinda messed up so it looks trashy. on site laundry prices are insane, cost $6 to wash an dry a single load an they recently changed the dryer time so instead of 2$ to dry your clothes for an hour it’s now $2.50 for 45 minutes so you have to dry your bedding twice. wouldn’t suggest moving here honestly there’s just to many things that are a easy fix that would make this place better but nothing is done about it. walls are made of paper so you hear every step of your upstairs neighbor even if they aren’t walking loud. maintenance guys are amazing though

Everything is good with the rent price until you realize you’re paying $200-$250 a month in electricity and water. I have lived in two bedrooms for the past 10 years and have NEVER had to pay over 125 to 150 for an electricity bill. My rent is $1264 but always ends up $1500.

This was my first time finding a place and living on my own. The property manager was always kind to me and guided me through the whole process. I got a tour of the place before moving in. I wished there was more clarification on which units came with washer/dryer. Was a little disappointed when I saw the cabinets and tiles were not the same color as the pictures. Move in process was smooth and all my questions got answered. I really liked the layout of my studio and after getting settled in I was happy. Maintenance came in very handy and always fixed my issues with a smile. One issue that was not able to get fixed was the microwave which got installed improperly beforehand and the door does not fully open, it's too close to the wall. Hopefully they get that fixed for the next tennant. I was also sad that the pool was never open for use. Laundry was easy to use and pay for through the phone and be able to see when your load is finished. My cat had a little cat neighbor I thought that was cute. All the people who live here seem to be around my age and very nice, no issues. Moving out was also quick and painless. Got guidance once more and left grateful for the time spent here.

DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I was bamboozled. The moment I went to pick up my keys she forfeited my original lease and made me sign a new lease to an entire new unit. I was suppose to be on the 2nd floor and she moved me to a 1st floor handicap unit. Apt 10101. I had NO OVEN and NO CLOSETS. I had NO WINDOWS. And I could hear my very noisy upstairs neighbor footsteps and his dogs zoomies at 1 o clock in the morning every night. I had no cabinet space for my kitchen and I was suppose to pay $850 a month but I was really paying $1200 a month. They split the water bill for the entire building so I was paying way too much for water i didn't use. And the electricity bill didnt make sense and was getting extremely higher each time and I would barely be home. I traveled once a month out of state and and i live alone my utility bills have never been this high. And when I finally decided to break my lease after 3 months she charged me up to $4000 to move out claiming its a 2 month rent fee, I have to pay back 1st months rent, and then 3 months later I get a negative report of losing 30 points from this leasing office claiming i owed them $900! She claimed she sent the bill to my new address. I didnt get any mail from her. I had to call collections and pay to get it off but it still dropped my credit.
Definitely felt like I was taken advantage of. I would never recommend anyone to live here. This place was horrible. And the female leasing manager always has an attitude. I dont know who she think she talking to. She needs to watch her tone and her mouth!
