  I recently moved into this apartment community, and my experience has been excellent so far. From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and efficient. The staff was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful in answering all of my questions, which made the transition stress-free. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. I especially appreciate the spacious layout and the quiet atmosphere, which makes it easy to relax or work from home without distractions. One of the standout features of this community is the attention to detail in both maintenance and amenities. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and effectively, often within a day. The common areas are always clean, and the amenities—such as the fitness center and outdoor spaces—are well-kept and enjoyable to use. The location is also a major plus. It’s conveniently situated near shopping, dining, and major roadways, making commuting and running errands very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

  I am so happy living here at Apela Apartments! The layout of the apartments is beautiful. It is kept clean.The security is a plus for me. Residents here are friendly. The staff here are so helpful, friendly and professional.

  My husband and I moved here recently and we love it! Lena, Christina, and Alyssa in the front office are professional and friendly. The community hosted bingo night and it was a blast! Overall, I love living here!

  We all know moving can be stressful, and even the smallest things can make a big difference. This community truly understands that. Special shoutout to Lena. She made my application process and move-in as painless as possible. I made several calls and sent multiple emails, and she never once seemed annoyed. She always answered the phone in a friendly manner, and if I couldn’t reach her, she called me back as soon as possible. On move-in day, she was incredibly supportive and made everything feel much smoother. Overall, she really went above and beyond for me. I love my new apartment!!

  So far I enjoy living here. I’ve been here for about three months now. The leasing agents and manager are cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me with any questions that I had. Specifically Christina and Helena are great, they’ve helped me the most and they’re very informative. I don’t know the other leasing agents that well. Maintenance is helpful, as well. When I need something taken care of, they take care of it right away, specifically Pedro. I have had no issues here. It is very peaceful here. It doesn't affect me personally, or my peace. I’ve met some of neighbors, and they are friendly, too. I would recommend this, they are doing a very good job at maintaining it/keeping up with it. Thank you.
