- SAscott aronJun 3, 20242.0This complex is nice, but they are participating in predatory pricing practices. I just rented a 3 bedroom unit for $2199 plus half a month of free rent. The one directly across the hall from me is available and currently priced at $2379 per month with no concessions. This is approximately a $3,400 price difference over the course of a lease, or approximately 15% price increase in just one month. It’s not an availability issue (there are 4 three-bedroom units available, more than when I signed) and it’s not a market issue (rent prices are currently declining). It’s not a “location on the property” issue either, we have the same view of a parking lot. This is strictly unethical pricing practices because they rely on algorithms to tell them how to price their units.
