  Elias did a excellent job selling our business and property. I had originally gone to another business broker who claimed we couldn't get even half of what Elias sold it for. We realized the difficulty in selling our unique business, and appreciate his determination and persistence. Elias had a lot of innovative ideas on how to put our business/property out there. I was skeptical at first, but it worked out perfect in the long run! We highly recommend Elias. He's a hard worker, a super nice guy, and great realtor!

  Came to Elias after an unsuccessful attempt with a different realtor for the purpose of marketing and selling an undeveloped commercial property. Initially, Elias and his team evaluated the property and presented a valuation and a marketing plan. We signed up and Elias and his team put together a well-done marketing plan and actively worked the deal to get an offer in our price range. Property had some issues, that required permitting that Elias was able to resolve (with some delays). Throughout the process, Elias was diligent in working through issues and kept us in the loop. Elias was very responsive and worked with the title company and buyers until the deal was closed, and the money was in our account. Would give a strong recommendation to Elias and his team!!

You can count on Elias to get the job done with the highest level of service, and a keen and thorough knowledge of the real estate market. He is extremely affable and easy to work with. He offered us immeasurable information along with a detailed commercial real estate service plan which made it easy for us to select his services for the sale of our commercial property. We are so glad we did! He had it under contract within a month and facilitated an easy contract to close experience. We look forward to working with him again.
