  We've had a great experience living here at the Crossings. The management is always super helpful and quick to respond. Our corgi and 5 year old love living here as well. We love how clean and spacious the grounds are, everything feels like it was well thought out for this community to thrive.

  This is a very well kept community. The management is proactive, Move in process and any maintenance items are quickly addressed. The amenities and more importantly, my neighbors have been the best of anywhere I’ve lived so far. The water sound town center next-door always has events going on. Publix is within walking distance. Water sound origins behind us has many walking trails and a golf course. Highly recommend!

  My family and I moved here almost a year ago, and the experience has been truly amazing. It had been a long time since we lived in an apartment, so we weren’t sure what to expect — but this place has exceeded all of our expectations. Our apartment is beautiful and spacious, and surprisingly quiet, even though we live on the highway side of the complex. It often feels like we’re the only ones in the building — it’s that private and peaceful. Honestly, it doesn’t even feel like we’re living in an apartment. The ladies in the office fantastic! Whether I call, or walk in, they are genuinely happy and ready to help in any way. Additionally, the maintenance team is friendly and always quick to respond to any work orders. The location is fantastic, and it’s only getting better with new shops being built right in the community. We regularly enjoy the amenities, including the pool, BBQ area, and gym. The landscaping is also worth mentioning — it’s beautifully maintained and adds to the overall charm of the neighborhood. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

  We have called origins apartments home for about 18months now and have been happy to live here for the most part. We love the people who make this place feel neighborly and home while we await our home. LeAnna in particular holds this whole place together, and always has a warm smile when seen around the building. Cleanliness is so important when sharing a communal living building and this woman single handily keeps the place feeling kept & cozy.
