Well Perry was the greatest giving me all the information I needed had some much patient and great energy.. love all the areas ,pool, sauna and the great set up they have . Thanks so much Perry from the clud at emerald water in Hollywood ❤️

There guy in the front office named Perry is highly disrespectful & inconsiderate & at this point I believe he doesn’t like certain people. # 2 they don’t take nothing serious when it comes to their tenants . The buildings is completely disgusting, infested with roaches , the trash chutes be piled up with garbage. MOLD also plays a big part in the bathrooms the a/c units .. I know several people with the same issue & even moved out due to this Maintenance doesn’t do their job completely only quick little hacks to keep it looking like they did something. I’ve complained multiple times nothing has changed Also safety Is a big issue cameras in the building so I don’t feel safe . The gates is always opened to where anyone can freely come in the complex. There is nothing luxury about this complex I wouldn’t recommend at all.

He gave us a thorough tour of everything the community offers and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. The apartment itself was beautiful — especially the kitchen with a window and a stunning lake view. Highly recommend working with Perry!
