  For those trying to rent out a unit at these apartments, could you not do it? My best friend has been living at these apartments for years, and as of late they’ve gone down. Since the new manager has taken over, there’s been a lot of craziness going on. For starters, I went to check out the place since they had a 'now leasing' sign out, and I was confronted by a Spanish lady telling me I was trespassing. That instantly pissed me off because why would you have the sign out if people are not allowed to come onto the property and look around? So instead of inquiring about a unit, I politely left without needing any conversation. I called my friend and told her what had happened, and she told me that’s one of the managers and she does that all the time. Confront visitors, telling them they are trespassing and she’ll call the cops. I noticed that they had bars around the apartments, and I thought that was strange as well. I was told that’s to keep the traffic down. So I asked my friend what was up with the cameras since they never had that, and I was told that it’s to watch who comes in and out of the apartments. I was triggered by the bars. I was told that they have a towing company come by every night to tow cars, which is weird when there are not enough parking spaces for visitors. The manager put up a gate to keep the kids from entering the apartments, and if they try to jump over the gate, she sends out a message to everyone saying that the cameras are watching and they’ll find you. The kids are NOT allowed to play outside, and when they do, the manager is watching their every move. They took the basketball court down years ago to keep the kids from coming over to play, which is unusual since this is not a 55-and-over community. They’re taking the fun out of everything; it’s starting to feel like a prison instead of a community where you find peace. They relocated the manager into one of the buildings, and since she moved in, there has been a lot of foolishness going on. I don’t even come over to see my friend anymore because I’m afraid my car will be towed or I’ll get harassed again. Instead of harassing people, how about you guys fix the washers and dryers? How about you fix the units when the tenants call in about an issue?

  I am a resident at Halcyon and I love it here. It is very safe and secure, the property is always clean and well manicured. The management team are always welcoming, professional and friendly. This property is in a centralized area to everything you may need.

  Great experiences so far. If there ever is a problem maintenance is there to fix it on the same day. Inside of the apartments are nice as well, very modern and a nice view out the window to look at. Also the apartment complex is surrounded by many restaurants and shops, making it very convenient to complete your day to day tasks.

  I am a resident here at Halcyon Apartments and I just need to tell anyone who’s having doubts about living here, that, if you decide to stay, you will not regret it! Several things you should know (that I’m sure is already in the description category), is that within the complex, is a mini park for children 5 and under, which is absolutely perfect for families with children! Got teens? Perfect! Because not only do they have the mini park, but they’ve also got a skate park across from it, which is a great opportunity for phone addicted kids to touch grass. Overall, the community is wonderful, it’s residents are respectful, and the peace that transcends throughout it will leave you in awe of its presence.
