  I had a great experience working with the assistant manager, Jeycee Perez. She was always professional, organized, and very helpful. She handled situations calmly and made sure everything ran smoothly. Communication was clear and she was always willing to help and answer any questions. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic made the environment comfortable and productive. I truly appreciate her support and leadership.

  I can't wait to move out of this apartment.I'm pregnant, and there are cockroaches in our apartment that don't stop.The staff has not responded to my emails for 3-4 weeks now.It was only after I threatened the Florida law that they decided to start doing something and change the pest control company.The neighbors continue to smoke on their balconies, the elevators sometimes do not work, thank you that at least 1 out of 2 remains working.The neighbors are terrible, one plays the trumpet until 13:30 at night, despite the fact that this neighbor does not live through the wall, but on the 6th floor and 2 apartments away from us.The neighbor on the floor above constantly drops something at 5 a.m., screams at her children and swears at her husband. If you suddenly start speaking Russian, know that most of this building understands you, because either Jews or Russian speakers live here.It's a shame!!!If you decide to move into these apartments, you should know that many management companies have changed here, and this is not for nothing!!!This is the most terrible apartment complex we've ever lived in, one more month and we'll be the happiest ever since we move in!!!

  As a realtor working with this building,horrible communications skills.You ask them once your client moves in what do they need from us and they reply nothing right now.You wait 2 weeks and they say ohhhhh you need to send an invoice then another week goes by ohhhhh you need to send another document.Bascall they don't tell you from the beginning all the required documents needed to send them.Then the manage says we are suppose to know what documents are needed from there management company.We are suppose to assume what documents are needed!!!!!! I will never refer any clients there.My client moved in January and we are in March and I still haven't been paid.

  Actualmente vivo en el edificio 6 , y les recomiendo q si se muda aquí lo hagan al edificio principal donde está la piscina xq es al único al q le hacen mantenimiento y limpieza , a este nunca le sirve el ascensor, nunca limpian y cuando lo hacen queda un mal olor, la basura siempre está atascada y los ascensores sucios , tuve que esperar 1 mes después de meter una nota larga q arreglaran la secadora de mi apartamento y ir 4 veces a la oficina para recordarles q necesitaba arreglar la secadora … la piscina es muy fría (demasiado fría ) y las áreas comunes solo se pueden visitar hasta las 6… ( excepto q vivas en el edificio principal, ya q e intentado sentarme a leer en el área de la piscina a las 7 pm y no me dejan , pero siempre hay niños y personas jugando en esa área y no les dicen nada lo cual me hace entender q quizás pagan más renta q yo 😅 en conclusión no se lo recomiendo ( espero q estos meses q me quedan aquí pasen rápido)
