  Trisha is a gem!! She is passionate about her career and truly loves what she does. She is energetic, optimistic, kind, fierce, and always has your best interest at heart. Our family of 6 made a long distance move this summer 2025, and Trisha made the entire process flawless. She is an excellent communicator and eases all stress. We spent 3 days house shopping when we were in town, and she made it all happen on a very tight timeline. She never rushed us and even helped entertain two of our kids.   Trisha was amazing to work with. She knew the area very well, was very responsive and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless buying experience. She helped us take care of so many complexities, from working with my realtor who was selling my house, to arranging the home inspection, and connecting us with our builder (we bought a home that was less than a year old), and most importantly connecting me with an amazing underwriter/loan officer. I highly recommend her services to anyone buying or selling in the panhandle area.
