  I recently moved out after living here for over 2 years. The 1 bed loft apartment that I had was really nice, especially as a first time renter. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very responsive. The price was affordable and worth every penny. You cant find many affordable places to live anymore. But I did not give 5 stars because the people that lived around me. It started out okay but by the time I moved out, there was a family that would constantly bring their fights outside into the parking lot and road. The cops came all the time and at one point this guy threw a mattress in the grass and would not let his wife back inside. Domestic disputes were common with them. It smelled like weed outside and sometimes inside because the AC units would suck the smell inside. Definitely invest in cameras if you live here too. Overall is an okay place for a first time renter who is single, but I would not live here with a family.

  It's not bad as people make it seems. I can leave my door open and no one will come in. This is my 3rd year out here and second apartment. I leave stuff outside on the porch and no one takes it. The office management is remarkably great. They are very reasonable as long as you communicate with them. If you have an issue they will go above and beyond hiring professional help to solve it. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. I was lucky to be in a good building where people don't hang out or too loud. Yes it's a lot of cats out here. However what part of Green Cove doesn't have cats.

  Very friendly people and clean living. The houses are slightly under maintenanced but living is comfortable and peaceful
