The coffee machine downstairs is a big W — super convenient and actually makes good coffee. Staff has been helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, a great place to live in Gainesville.

Only thing I will add is that the walls are rather thin so sometimes you might hear your neighbors or vice versa.
