- ISIsabela Suarez2 days ago4.0I’ve lived here for almost 4 months, I’ve enjoyed it a lot honestly. The staff is super sweet, the apartment itself is very spacious for the prices!! Being near butler is super convenient and a nice walk and I like how it’s a good in between of SF college and UF. The amenities are also really really nice, and free black & white printing and a limit for a certain number of colored printing every month. I really like the tavern, I love the vibes and they have cool features in the other rooms where you can chill or get free coffee or hot chocolate. And they have little resident events and deals quite often, super cute! Overall super cool place, I’ve enjoyed living here a lot.
- SCs calderon2 days ago4.0been living here for four months, and i think this is one of the better apartment complexes especially for the price. its super affordable for the perks of living and amenities provided. the staff is extremely friendly which is something i havent had in other complexes, they actually try to help the best they can (especially since they themselves are mainly students) ! i do think that the carpets , hallways and general complex maintenance could be cleaner because it smells kind of weird outside. i like how every month the staff sets up various events where they give out free items, prizes, or food! :)
- RCRobleros Cleaning3 days ago1.0If you want to visit your child, forget it, they never have passes for the parking lot, and if you park without a pass, you will get a wheel clamp and have to pay more than $100 to get it removed, no parking available even if you want to pay around the area, don't try to park on the hotel parking lot, again you will receive a ticket, your vehicle will be towed or a wheel clamp will be used..
