- KPKena PatelSep 2, 20252.0they never do maintenance orders timely, even if you have emergent stuff (real emergencys like my water heater shaking and making loud bangs). i have trees growing into my balcony area. i guess nobody comes around to fix that, leading to bugs crawling into my balcony when they crawl on the branches. i had to get my own pest control
