Particularly Yoan, anything I have needed help with he's been the man. Extremely attentive and just overall a great person. If you've lived at other places here in Gainesville you'll know that some places have terrible maintenance department and the upkeep varies from place to place. However, with my guy Yoan running the show at the Bartram, the place is always kept right. Love this place.

She is employed at Shands and it’s the closest you can get to the hospital while also located very near the retail area of Gainesville. Brandon Rivera is currently helping us coordinate a move to a different style apartment and she will stay at The Bartram for her next few years in Gainesville. Brandon is very good at facilitating the application and move in process. Before move in, Brandon even helped confirm that the furniture we were planning to transport would fit, according to the specific unit / floor plan dimensions. All these little things make a difference. The management office is located on the property and very accessible. 5 ⭐️

In particular, Brandon Rivera, Leasing Consultant has been exceptional at researching, sourcing, and following-up with us on multiple occassions regarding key information and details related to our lease. In addition, Brandon is always welcoming and anxious to help in any way he can; he even assisted us with unloading the U-Haul when moving in - THANK YOU AGAIN, Brandon!!
