Gina is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! My bf and I moved in here about a year and a half ago and had a ton of issues with a specific tenant in the building and as soon as we called about it, she was on it. And it was like that every single time this particular tenant would do anything obnoxious (which was often unfortunately). The entire building hated this guy and Gina did absolutely everything she could to fix the problem which meant the world to us and eventually he got kicked out thanks to her being on top of him about everything. She is incredibly personable and easy to talk to and remembers things about you that you wouldn't think anyone would casually remember. We are sadly moving out of this unit to move to a bigger spot in a different part of town but we wish we could take Gina with us hahaha! As for the units, there were small things here and there and maint was pretty spot on in coming to fix it, our AC went out and they came to fix it and realized they needed a part and got us a window Shaker in the meantime while we wait for the part to come in which was super nice. Any employee we spoke to had great manners and were very very nice and helpfulš

I lived at Century Town Center for three years and really enjoyed it. The apartments are very spacious, and the appliances are high-end. Gina, the manager, was beyond accommodating and helpful throughout my three years. Highly recommend.

My experience with this property has been disappointing due to a lack of organization and communication from management.
While moving in, my roommate and I were told that the key fob system to access buildings and amenities was broken and we would be made aware when it was fixed later in the week. After following up a few days later, management told us that the system was not able to be fixed and they were purchasing an entirely new system that would be fixed by the following week. Again, we followed up and still, not fixed. Two times during these follow up conversations, management told us that people were moving out that day so there would be key cards for us the following day. Once again, we went back to the office the next day and there were no key cards for us. It has been nearly a month now since we moved in and we still have yet to receive our key cards and thus cannot access the amenities that were advertised as part of our lease, and also a reason we signed here. Also, it is frustrating to only have one way to access our building, whereas if we had keycards there would be multiple access points. I asked management for compensation due to this ongoing issue and was told āwe donāt charge separate for amenities so thereās nothing I can do.ā
After signing our lease, we began receiving parcel pending emails to sign up and create accounts (which require $20 fee) for the property. Upon move-in day, we learned that system is broken and wonāt be operable any time soon (if at all) and packages are now delivered to our apartments directly. We were told to ignore those emails.
During move in I asked for a copy of my lease as I was never provided one after signing it (it had to also be signed by my roommate and the property manager). When management attempted to pull up a copy of my lease, it was blank which raised a concern about record keeping and oversight.
Our refrigerator was broken upon move-in, and after submitting a maintenance request it still took one week to be replaced. While management did provide a key to another apartment to utilize an operable refrigerator, that unit was located on a different floor in the building, which was inconvenient for any attempts to cook meals at home.
Were were provided a āwelcome folderā while moving in, but it did not contain any information about the valet trash schedule/rules, parking policies, etc. and no apartment inventory forms were provided - I had to go ask for them. When I asked about parking decals, the staff could not provide a clear answer.
For the rent being charged and the good ratings online, I expected a higher level of professionalism and reliability. At present, the property feels poorly managed, and these issues significantly impact the resident experience.
