My bf and I moved in here about a year and a half ago and had a ton of issues with a specific tenant in the building and as soon as we called about it, she was on it. And it was like that every single time this particular tenant would do anything obnoxious (which was often unfortunately). The entire building hated this guy and Gina did absolutely everything she could to fix the problem which meant the world to us and eventually he got kicked out thanks to her being on top of him about everything. She is incredibly personable and easy to talk to and remembers things about you that you wouldn't think anyone would casually remember. We are sadly moving out of this unit to move to a bigger spot in a different part of town but we wish we could take Gina with us hahaha! As for the units, there were small things here and there and maint was pretty spot on in coming to fix it, our AC went out and they came to fix it and realized they needed a part and got us a window Shaker in the meantime while we wait for the part to come in which was super nice. Any employee we spoke to had great manners and were very very nice and helpful😊
