  The best that there is! . I hired Susan - as we shared the same last name. True story! With 1,000 agents to choose from … I had to separate them somehow. From my first call to Susan - in Nov 2023 until we closed in Sept 24 - Susan was A+ at communication, honesty, responding and her knowledge. She visited the home store with me to pick out fixtures - giving her opinion but never once overstepping. She was prompt on emails and texts - always keeping us in the loop and in the know. I trust Susan 100% and would recommend her 100x over. Susan is one of a kind - what you see is what you get and she’s completely committed and invested. I’d hire her again and again - for any/all of my real estate needs and will encourage my family and friends to do the same. Thank you, Susan - this review is such a small glimpse of our appreciation - you really are outstanding and we are so grateful for you.

  I have had the opportunity to work with Susan a few times! Each time is better than before! She pulls out all the stops and stands above and beyond most Realtors in NWFL! Her care for those she is working with, her extreme attention to detail, and clear communication are unmatched. Susan is an exceptional Realtor and I would recommend her x100!   Could͏ not have done this with any other realtor! I truly cannot rave enough about my experience with Susan. I really could not have made such a great home purchasing decision without her help. I am a first time home buyer and so naturally I was extremely nervous about buying a home. Also, just as a general personality trait, I am really indecisive and all over the place. To add more to my general level of insanity, I was also dealing with grief as I was going through this process. I don't know what I would have done without Susan holding me together every step of the way. More than just her immense level of knowledge in all areas of the real estate field, Susan is a realtor that you can truly trust because she is not in this business just to make money. Her heart is the right place, and that is a stand-out quality that you cannot find in every real estate agent. I could tell every step of the way that she was invested in helping me make MY dreams come true. Before buying a home, I read a statistic that showed that the majority of home buyers in this economy felt rushed and ultimately regretted their home buying decisions. Thanks to Susan, I know I won't be one of those people. I'm so excited about the house I bought, and so thankful to have had such amazing help and support every step of the way. Susan is the absolute best in this field and I cannot recommend her enough!

  Susan͏ gets the job done! Susan͏ has been an amazing asset in the buying and selling of our home. She listened to all our needs and went to work on both spectrums of the market, which is why we will refer to her anytime we are searching in Florida.
