I lived here for 2 years. It wasn't the worst place I have lived but it is pretty close. Units were updated with cabinet and vanity doors, paint, and new flooring. Windows were all fogged over and you couldn't see out of them. Mold in the units. Communication from the office was very slim unless you didn't keep your recycle bin in your garage (where your car goes). Then you were given a $50 fine. They liked to pick and choose rules to enforce based on the management at the time. Maintenance was wonderful. They were always quick to respond and very nice. I moved out in January. I started asking about my deposit refund around March. I was brushed off for many months until Toni arrived. She was able to get me a check for most of my deposit in May. The check bounced. So I had to try again. Finally received a check in July. They do not follow Florida law when it comes to your deposit refund. They did not send me in writing why they were keeping part of my refund just told me over the phone it was for the last month of power. I asked for all my transactions while I was there and they couldn't provide it to me.
If you are in a bind, then it isn't the worst place to be. It is community living. Lots of noise all the time and dogs bark constantly. But I would recommend not renting from them if you can, based on shady business practices.

Overpriced rent, run down, mold in the buildings, promised lawncare rarely happens, stopped replacing new windows, new ownership is letting this place go over greed and neglect. Management turnover seems high. We have watched this community go downhill over the years, not resigning when our lease is up, no one is happy here and most either break their lease or move out after a year. Look elsewhere, not worth it.

Hello neighbors, good afternoon, I'm contacting you regarding your responses to your posts because the office isn't running my ads. I'd like to know if any of you have any information about electricity, since my bill is coming in at an extremely high price, and no one is giving me any answers about who to call. Conservice says it's FPL. FPL says we're not registered with them, so they don't test our electricity. Meanwhile, electricity continues to rise by 16.14% per month. If anyone knows anything, I'd be very grateful. 🙂

We’ve lived here quite a few years and seen the place go through a lot of changes. We stay cause it works for me and my husband and we like our space here. Before we felt the old manager never really took our concerns serious but I just wanted to leave this review because Toni has been amazing to us. She really goes out of her way to help my family and always answers my questions or fixes things quick. We feel good staying here under her management. Only thing I wish would get better is the landscaping

We recently move in and Blake and Isaac are awesome. Blake helped walk us through the housing requirements, showed us some available units, and got the paperwork sent to us in a timely manner so that we can move in ASAP.
We love the backyard area and the sq footage of the home.
Our surrounding neighbors keep to themselves but when we cross paths, they are respectful and friendly.
