I lived here for a year and at first it was great. If you care about aesthetics at all I wouldn’t move here as neither the exteriors or interiors are pleasing to the eyes. People in management office are constantly switching and also do not check their emails, they never read my 2 emails giving notice to vacate until I came into the office and almost a week had gone by. Neighbors are extremely loud. The neighborhood was full of normal quiet respectful people when I first moved in and about halfway through turned to loud, obnoxious, shady individuals who also dabbled in stealing and/or drug use/sale. I’m seriously not sure how it went from normal to what seems like some halfway houses. They used to care about noise complaints but do not anymore, I put in a few that were more along the lines of wellness checks because my immediate neighbors would scream at their kids let their kids scream and leave their dogs out barking day and night. People in this neighborhood love to get dogs and just leave them outside to bark so good luck sleeping. Nothing ever gets done about it. I’m wondering how people are passing background checks or if they even exist because the people are genuinely messed up. An old couple would scream at me out of their window everytime I walked by to the point I stopped using the track which is one of the only things I liked about the place. It’s roomy for the price, but absolutely hideous for $2000 a month with a lot of things broken or busted. My dishwasher was broken and full of mold when I moved in and there were doors with no locks that definitely were supposed to have locks. If you’re military I’d say do not move here this place will probably be black listed from military soon also because it seems like nobody has a good experience and we’re already being warned out of the dorms to not move here. Even though there’s a part of the lease that tells you lease break procedures, they do not let you break the lease and make you pay the rest of the lease term. Base Law office probably has a field day with these people. Moral of the story stay far far away from this neighborhood there’s newer cheaper and less ugly townhomes all around fort Walton.

My experience touring the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse was absolutely wonderful, thanks to Michelle and Amanda. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. They took their time walking us through every detail of the home, answering all of our questions thoroughly and making sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and transparent they were. They highlighted the features of the townhouse while also helping us envision how the space could truly become a home. Their positive energy and encouragement made the experience feel exciting rather than overwhelming. Michelle and Amanda created an atmosphere of trust and confidence, which means so much when making such an important decision. We left the tour feeling hopeful and empowered about our next steps. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication — it truly made a difference.

*WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE!* Please do not move here! We lived here for close to 2.5 years and it was ok at first, but horrible towards the end. The grounds are not well taken care of and rules are almost non existent. The staff in the office and the maintenance workers are great, but the management is no where to be seen. We tried to call corporate and left multiple emails and voicemails and they would never reach back out to us. Also, unless you have something in writing from them, never take them at their word. We were told by the front desk at least 5 times over the span of a month and half the wrong information and when we moved out the manager refused to stand by what the office had told us multiple times. This apartment complex is run by a very dishonest management company that has no real customer service and could care less about any of the people renting from them. The walls are extremely thin so be prepared to also smell smoke or whatever you neighbor happens to be smoking in there house as well. I’m so glad we have moved out and I hope I never have to do business with them again.

I had really high hopes for this place. Upon moving in the windows were all too foggy to see out, mold inside cabinets and an insane amount behind mirrors in bathroom. Will attach pictures. I had dogs so when we went outside there was shattered glass EVERYWHERE in the backyard they promised to get it cleaned up but never did so we had to block off half the already small yard so our dogs wouldn’t get cut. Started getting sick about 3 months in that’s when I took to investigating the hidden places mold was growing and demanded we be let out of lease early. They came and cut the entire wall out put up a big tarp and then to top it off blocked us from the portal before the last power bill posted and sent it to collections! Definitely needs to be condemned. Not enough parking and too many break ins for my liking.
