  Let me start by saying I never write reviews, but I need to share my experience working with Thomas Jussila and his team. I’m self-employed and have a lot of moving parts. My family and I were turned down by another lender after initially being approved. The home we were living in was already on the market and under contract and now our loan was denied for our new home. We were facing the reality of having to move into a rental after being told “no” by several other lenders. Then a family friend who had worked with Thomas in the past referred me to him. After reviewing my file and requesting a few additional items that no other lender had mentioned, he was able to get us approved for the home loan we needed, at a very competitive rate and closed our loan in under two weeks!!!!!! Thomas and his team are a well oiled machine, and you can’t help but notice their passion for helping people. He’s the only person I will ever use for a mortgage, and I’ve already referred a coworker to him — who thanked me up and down for the introdcution. If you are looking for an amazing lender look no further. Thank you Thomas! we are forever greatful!!!!!! You’re my hero!

  Incredible agent, even better person. Thomas went wayyyy above and beyond for us. He did for us what none of our previous agents have in the past. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is wildly patient and when you don’t quite understand he has other ways of explaining to help you until you are comfortable. An over all generous guy. You will not be disappointed choosing him for help!

  Thomas and team just got us to closing on my new home! Thomas and JoAnn were my points of contact on the team and boy am I thankful for them! Im certain that this was not entirely routine, it required relentless dedication and personal investment in getting to the finish line. They answered every question, they worked around MY nightmare work schedule, giving up time in their personal lives to see my wife and kids get into our new home!
