We had some difficulties with an appraisal (unique property being purchased as a vacation home, also in a flood zone) while working with a local bank. We thought we were going to have to back out of the purchase, and our agent suggested contacting Thomas. They were able to work through the issue and able to secure our loan, with a lower interest rate than expected! In particular the communication and speed with which they worked was exceptional.
