Jamie Strohbeck is a FANTASITC MANAGER
While I’m not a resident at the Fort Myers location, Jamie is the Regional Manager and stepped in to help resolve not one but TWO rather unfortunate situations I had been experiencing at another Triton property in Orlando. From the start, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and thoughtful in how she handled everything.
She took the time to fully understand the details of my situation, reviewed everything thoroughly, and ultimately helped reach a fair and reasonable resolution. It made a huge difference working with someone who genuinely listens and follows through.
Even though my experience wasn’t directly tied to this specific property, I felt it was important to recognize the level of care and professionalism Jamie demonstrated. Triton is lucky to have her.
Thank you again, Jamie!

If you’re just looking for a basic apartment complex in Fort Myers, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking for a true community that actually feels welcoming, friendly, and well cared for, Triton Cay really stands out and sets a new standard for apartment complexes!
The first thing you notice is how hard the staff works. The maintenance team, Teo, Eddie, and Romeo, are always on top of everything. I constantly see them cleaning grills, emptying trash, keeping the dog stations clean, and quickly handling maintenance requests. At other complexes I’ve lived at, things would sit for days or even weeks. Here, nothing gets overlooked. These guys take pride in the place and it shows!
The front office team is just as great. Patrik and Brittany are always friendly, helpful, and positive, Marcella, and Jaimie does an awesome job leading the team! Everyone actually says hello, remembers who you are, and genuinely cares about the residents! When you give feedback or ideas, they actually listen and look for ways to improve things!
I’ve worked in hospitality for 15 years, so I naturally pay attention to the details, and Triton Cay consistently goes above and beyond!
My girlfriend lived here before, and when we moved somewhere newer that looked great on paper, she couldn’t wait to leave. After our lease ended, we moved back to Triton Cay, and within 24 hours I understood why. Neighbors introduced themselves, offered to help us move in, and we were invited to Wine Down Wednesday with the residents! That kind of atmosphere is rare and makes a huge difference!
The amenities feel more like a resort than an apartment complex! The pool feels like a vacation, and the waterfront breeze actually makes Florida summers bearable. They bring in weekly food trucks, host resident events, and even have a golf simulator, which makes living here feel social and fun.
The dog park was just redone and is one of the best I’ve seen at an apartment complex. My unit even has a backyard with a grill just a few feet away, and there are grills located all over the complex, so you’re never crowded or waiting to cook!
The location is also hard to beat. It’s an easy walk to downtown, Publix is right across the street, and having a coffee shop and brewery next door makes everything incredibly convenient!
