  Tania was great! She is thorough, kind, and no detail escapes her. She has so much experience in real estate, it was evident in her confidence, her actions, and the knowledge she shared with us when we worked with her. She was well prepared to guide us through and tackle any challenges during our transaction to purchase a home in the Fort Myers area. Tania was also always willing to take time to talk to my husband and me, she listened to our questions and provided well thought out answers for us. We would work with her again!

  I would strongly recommend working with Tania. We just finished working with her on our second home purchase and as always she exceeded our expectations. We will be listing a 3rd property for sale with her shortly. Throughout the entire process, her attention to detail, excellent communication as well as her professionalism were outstanding. Our last transaction was extremely complex and required an enormous amount of additional effort on her part. In addition, we were out of the state during the transaction. Overall she was just a pleasure to work with and she earned our trust early on. We are looking forward to working with her again.

  Tania Agathos, with John R. Wood Properties was fantastic to work with. Her level of detail in answers to every question or comments we had about our property and the approach that should be taken to sell, was welcome. Tania’s experience in the market made our experience relaxed and stress-free. Her follow up after the sale was a nice added touch. Knowing that she wanted to be sure we were at ease over the transaction didn’t go unnoticed. We were, of course! Thanks to Tania’s efforts.

  Even though my husband and I are ..not selling our condo we were interested to see how much our condo could possibly sell. Tania did a comparative market analysis for us knowing we were not in the market to sell. She is very professional, friendly and knowledgible about the area. I would recommend Tania.
