  For the price of these apartments and the size that you get of them and the location you really can't compare to other places. Yes I'm sure the negative reviews are valid but look if you need housing and you're hustling then this is the place for you. And if you're picky then you can find another place. Free will people.

  Would rate less if it was possible.There were so many problems that I am not only getting ready to break the lease, I am looking to file complaints with not only the BBB but also with Fort Myers Housing Department, HUD, and if I can find the ten or more people needed to file a class action, I will lead the charge. Sherri Ferrell and Lydia Padilla need to get run not only out of town but out of the business. Predatory practices? Definitions bent and twisted and made to fit the fine.Lease is purposely ambiguous for this reason. Oncea violation occurs you are fined ,there is nothing you can do. THEIR word alone is all they need to charge you a fine. Proof? Nope, their word is good enough is what they'll tell you. They'll show you one place, rent you a totally different one from the one they showed you. If they even show you at all before move-in. Bait-and-switch is easier this way. BBB has a review similar to what happened to me. Don't sign the lease until they hand you the keys, you've checked the place throughly and don't buy into the lipstick on a pig trick are pulling off trying to paint the red brick white. Classless doesn't even begin to describe this place. In the four months I have lived here, you see little stations offering waste bags and a trash can for your dog(s) waste. Which would be great if there were ever actually bags in them. Maintenance is comically inept. The apartments share a poorly operational exhaust ventilation system which results in things bleeding through to nearby units. Since they got a post-Ian insurance payout the construction is full tilt. Whatever glue or curing agent used to secure the cheap linoleum floors sent us to the ER. Haven't even mentioned it shows every defect of what is considered normal living ware and tare. They are painfu

  If you looking to move into a trailer park this is the perfect place to move into the maintenance request goes unanswered I moved out 5 months ago there is rats everywhere I saw rats inside the gym an pool area I seen them an my apartment move anywhere an fort myers but here 2 months free is cool but to live an complete filth is not worth the hassle it’s worth breaking the lease for you

  The owners are a joke and no one in the office actually cares about keeping people here. They're on the the 9th or 10th management company since Ian........ Service is disorganized. We havent had pest control since May 2025 and pay monthly. Atleast 25% of the whole complex is unoccupied and the gate hasnt worked in years. Resident since 2021.
