I had a lot of last minute changes including moving up my move in date and requesting a different unit and he made it happen, while walking me through every step in the process. When I came in to pick up my keys first thing in the morning, my welcome packet was already on his desk and I was on my way. Best decision I made was choosing triton cay over the other complexes I looked at. Their customer service is second to none ! And this place is really starting to feel like home
- JAJosh ArgonSep 30, 20253.0never in my life have i hated dogs as much as i did while living here. every patch of grass is a toilet, be it in the courtyard lawns or the exterior landscaping. seldom did i ever see owners pick up after their animals. there's stains in the hallways and stairwells. solid feces in the building is a monthly find on my way out. my room smelled of an animal when i moved in, and there were fleas in the bathroom that had thankfully been taken care of since. other than my newfound opinions on dogs, the community is fine and in a convenient location. thanks for helping me learn what to avoid in the future, though.
- CCCamoSep 21, 20255.0Living at Triton Cay is a dog’s dream! The office humans are my favorite humans outside of Mom and Dad—they always have treats, belly rubs, and big smiles waiting for me. Walks around here are never boring with so many friendly dogs and neighbors to meet (I’ve basically become the unofficial greeter). The amenities are fantastic, the spaces are comfy, and I get plenty of attention from everyone. Definitely the best place to call home. 🐾
