  I used to live at The Hendry and recently moved out only because I had to relocate to another city, but I absolutely loved my experience living there! When I was apartment hunting from Massachusetts and needed to find a place in Fort Myers, The Hendry truly stood out, especially thanks to Viktoria. While many other places didn’t seem to care much about the fact that I couldn’t do an in-person tour, Viktoria went above and beyond. She offered to do a FaceTime tour for me and my husband, showing us the entire apartment and the amenities. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and detail oriented, and made the whole process so smooth. We ended up leasing a 2 bed/2 bath apartment, and it was just perfect, super modern, spacious, and beautiful inside. The white quartz countertops, huge walk in closet, large bathroom, and all the extra storage was perfect. The gym has everything you need, and the pool area is gorgeous, with a nice grilling area and a beautiful clubhouse. The only minor downside is that during the summer, the pool could get crowded on the weekends. At one point, during a management and maintenance team transition, I did notice the common areas weren’t as clean as usual, but they improved that over time. Whenever we had an issue in the apartment, the maintenance team was very responsive and always took care of things promptly. The management team also organized monthly events to bring residents together, which I thought was a really nice touch (even though I didn’t attend many myself). Of course, no place is perfect, I did notice a few small issues like occasional messiness in the hallways and sometimes kids playing inside the gym, which parents should probably keep an eye on, but overall, my experience was amazing.

  Apartments are very nice but have some minor issues under the surface (Ethernet ports that don’t work, light switches that are reversed, etc). Access to your mail is reliant on a third party service that can be unreliable in tracking arrivals. Staff will not let you in and direct you to download an app if the service fails to send you an access code. Traffic can be very loud from building four and I was not warned/informed of this. Overall a good deal, but make sure to inspect your place throughly.

  I’ve lived here for a year now and it’s wonderful! Hannah is such a delight to work with! She is definitely the KEY to this apartment complex! They are all caring, very professional, and take care of any issues in a quick manner! They are always hosting events for residents, they have food trucks and mobile barbers! They really care about the community and the efforts show! For any new residents they usually have amazing deals! For existing residents the have a referral program! Don’t miss out on this amazing property!
