She was well prepared to guide us through and tackle any challenges during our transaction to purchase a home in the Fort Myers area. Tania was also always willing to take time to talk to my husband and me, she listened to our questions and provided well thought out answers for us. We would work with her again!

We will be listing a 3rd property for sale with her shortly. Throughout the entire process, her attention to detail, excellent communication as well as her professionalism were outstanding. Our last transaction was extremely complex and required an enormous amount of additional effort on her part. In addition, we were out of the state during the transaction. Overall she was just a pleasure to work with and she earned our trust early on. We are looking forward to working with her again.
