  Kierra spoke to me very rudely explaining she had to repeat herself to me several times as to why I was not approved. She gave me zero options to approve my application and made it clear because I was applying during the holidays and that was inconvenient and would slow down the application process to begin with and I would have to wait 10 days to be refunded my application fee. This is ironic as they are running a special encouraging people to apply prior to 12/31. I’m a good person, not a criminal, in a tough situation.

  We've been living here going on 3 months and have to say that we officially absolutely love it here. We're active outdoorsy nature people and there is so much to do here. I work remotely and if I need to take a break I'll play tennis on the well maintained courts, swim in the resort pool, workout in the gym, walk or bike around the neighborhood or spend an hour in the business center for a change of scene while grabbing a cup of coffee in the cantina. I rarely drive my car anymore -- maybe to Publix which is right across the street. Our apartment was perfect as it could be when we moved in. Super clean and everything working like a charm. The grounds are beautiful with lots of nature. And, the residents in the community are a wonderful mix of young, old and new -- love the diversity. Lastly the staff -- they'vebeen so professional and efficient and nice, even when my PTSD kicked in and I started stressing over little things. They were all patient and were so knowledgeable towards the many questions I had too. I felt so confident moving in because of the team's 5 star customer service. We made a great choice to move here, and it wouldn't have happened without Kiera, Kathy, Yolanda and Sandy.. Thank you :)

  Moved in a couple of months ago and the experience has been wonderful. the office staff has been so helpful and friendly. The Maintenance crew are quick efficient and personable. It is a joy to come home to the Promenade. The grounds are well kept up.

  I've been living here for a year and I love it!!. From the first interaction with Yolanda ( she is fantastic ) at the office ( even though I have to say that everyone is amazing there ) to the move in process, no complaints at ALL. The property is so well maintained, the pool, the gym, the landscaping, everything. Maintenance is also very diligent, Rogel is the assigned guy for our building and he does a really good job, I called for 2 minor issues, and both times he was very efficient. Overall, truly recommend the property.
