Then I finally had the pleasure to meet the incredible office manager Jamie Urban! Since I moved in there has been a rotating door of staff.. between Annetta, Rachel, Ikeara, Yadira, etc... there was one issue after the next! Jamie Urban is a godsend! Within minutes she quickly found a solution to my issues with the property and found my past credit that was hidden from me from previous staff! Grateful for her turning this community around! Thank you so much Jamie!
- JPJenna PowellFeb 7, 20241.0management/ administration are horrible with communicating and getting anything taken care of with tenants about anything from maintenance scheduling to the changing on rent every month. my "move in maintenance " was only taken care of due to a leak in another apartment 6 months after we moved in. I made many efforts to get it fixed. and the administration did nothing.i wouldn't recommend
