  Highly recommend! I have been using them for many years and the whole staff there I have dealt with is excellent! I highly recommend Kelly as she is highly professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very sweet!

  I wish I could give a better review and I like most of the people here. I just think when things are fine it's fine. But if anything goes wrong and the owner they have entered an agreement with cannot keep up with basic maintenance, the team at Malt were of no help. They can't let you fix anything on your own. They can't do anything if the owner can't or won't do anything. You learn to live each day, sweeping up palmetto bugs off your floor while you dutifully pay your rent. You maintain the bushes. Keep up with spraying for bugs. You think about how much better life would be if they would just let you go buy some spray foam to seal behind the appliances. Or if the owner would one day do anything about it. Your air conditioner goes out and you can't just up and go somewhere for the night. Or the next night. Or the next. You talk to them after going back and forth with their third party nowhere maintenance line that has no way of putting you in touch with anyone who can actually take action. While they have "boundaries" and "work-life balance" you boil. Not having someone local on staff ready to act 24/7 is a WILD CHOICE!!! Then one Sunday sewer water starts seeping through the floor and youre told the owner cant fix it, it's a health hazard you need to move out. In like 4 days. You need to show up unexpectedly and confront them, just to be treated humanely and given a couple of weeks. I don't know man. I feel like they want to run a good operation but they have built a system where that is impossible and it really, really fell apart. I have not shared even half of the issues I encountered in the home I rented. And Malt's hands are tied if the owner won't do anything. Even if the issues impact habitability. I hope they make some changes. If they put someone available round the clock for emergencies, local, that can call you back in ~ten minutes and say "hey the ac guy is on the way," this review would gain a star. if they write in their contracts they are authorized for repairs which are a matter of health or safety or sanitization of up to say $5,000 there is another star. There is just too much room for improvement to leave a good review, even if I feel like in your heart you want your company to do well. This is just plainly not how you do business if you want to succeed. and I am sick of hearing "that's just how it works, this is how things are run." That is bare minimum thinking.

  I’ve been disappointed by the lack of professionalism in how this real estate team handles feedback. Negative comments are ignored rather than addressed, which misses the chance to resolve concerns and improve service. Even positive remarks go unacknowledged, overlooking an opportunity to build rapport and show appreciation. In real estate, communication and responsiveness are critical, and failing to engage with both praise and criticism sends the wrong message to clients.
