  I’ve been using Malt Reality for over 4 yrs as they manage my property and can say that I’ve experienced no issues! The team at Malt is professional and polite to talk with. I am looking to purchase another rental property and most definitely use them to manage that one as well. I strongly recommend Malt Reality to anyone who’s looking for a property management company !

  I started with Malt Realty in 2021 and I cannot be happier. More than 4 years with this Company and not even one complain. Connor and his team are the kindest. I live in Georgia and have a rental property in Fort Myers. They always keep me informed of everything and something that I value is their customer service. Amazing team!!! I never lived in Fort Myers and they always handled all the issues that a rental property has. I highly recommned this company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
