- LPL PurksFeb 10, 20265.0I toured Cypress Legends to potentially rent an apartment (02/2026) for me and my family. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is wonderful. The fitness room had adequate equipment and a yoga room. The 2/2 we saw was nice and clean, perfectly suited for me and my family. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding community. When compared to the other apartments available in the area, the price can't be beat.

One of the staff members is incredibly rude and unhelpful, and the entire management team just gives you the runaround when you try to address issues. Half of the appliances in my unit never work properly, and they constantly charge you bogus fees like late fees, amenities fees, trash fees, pet fees, you name it. They know instantly when you put your trash out an hour later than the scheduled time but will make you wait an entire month just to get your repairs done. The gate is broken, appliances barely function, and I am constantly having to call for A/C repairs. The level of neglect and lack of care from both staff and maintenance is appalling. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.

My light bill was close to 400$ every month and even had FPL come out to check my meters and the apartment is just running power even with the breakers off. I was getting charged anywhere from 10-15$ a day EVEN when the breaker would be off. We tried to get them to fix our stuff but they just give you the run around. Gate is really loud and squeaky if u live close to the gates. Most apartments are filled with mold aswell.
