    Appliances are out outdated, dog shit everywhere, and staff is nightmare to talk to.

    This place is an absolute nightmare. One of the staff members is incredibly rude and unhelpful, and the entire management team just gives you the runaround when you try to address issues. Half of the appliances in my unit never work properly, and they constantly charge you bogus fees like late fees, amenities fees, trash fees, pet fees, you name it. They know instantly when you put your trash out an hour later than the scheduled time but will make you wait an entire month just to get your repairs done. The gate is broken, appliances barely function, and I am constantly having to call for A/C repairs. The level of neglect and lack of care from both staff and maintenance is appalling. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.

    I messaged them on their website and asked about their dog breed restrictions, and if it was zero tolerance or not, because I’ve had my 7 year old dog that is 3/4 husky since he was 10 weeks old. They left me a voicemail when I was at work, saying they got my message and wanted to setup a tour, but didn’t answer my question or even address it. I scheduled a tour on their website, and wrote a long description that clearly states that I have a (part) husky. Again, they left me a voicemail when I was at work about wanting to confirm my appointment to tour their apartments without addressing my concerns at all. When I arrived for my appointment, I immediately told the lady about my dog and she said “I don’t know if you have a place for the dog to go, but that is a restricted breed.” It’s very clear that getting any response about any questions or concerns is like pulling teeth, and I would never want to live somewhere that has kindergarten-level reading comprehension and communication skills. And that’s giving them the benefit of the doubt that they weren’t purposely avoiding my question in hopes that I would rehome my dog.

    Just had maintenance at the apartment, did multiple jobs from fixing the toilet to light bulbs. Awesome job these guys are great. Thanks Donnie and Nelson are fantastic..
