My customers, the buyers of a home in which Cecilia represented the seller, always had their questions answered promptly and negotiations between both parties went super-smoothly, no doubt in large measure due to the trust Cecilia instilled in her customer. Her prompt attention to detail and response time throughout the transaction made for a seamless sale, and she has proven herself to be the type of agent we all want to work with.   Cecilia is top notch at everything she does! She sold our home after two previous failed attempts by other realtors. She knows exactly what is needed to get your home sell ready, take her advise and then watch her do her magic. We had worked with her before when we first moved to Florida, she helped us find our first home here. When we finally reached back out to her she was so professional and ready to jump in and help us out again! She stands by her word, she is extremely honest, kind, patient, a great friend and an extreme go getter!!! Hands down best realtor we have ever worked with!!!   We met Cecilia at an Open House on a Sunday afternoon while taking our dogs for a ride. At the time, we were not looking for a new home. This house happened to be 5 blocks away from our current home and we loved it! Once we walked thru house and visited with Cecilia, we decided to make an offer. The offer was accepted and she helped us prepare our current home for sale which she sold in less than 30 days. She had an Open House every weekend until it sold and marketed it so well that we had numerous offers on the house. Without her help, we would not be living in the Florida home of our dreams!!

  Cecilia was the most patient person I have ever meet when I had no choice but to sell my home. It was a very hard decision for me to sell my home after my husband passed away. She was so caring so patient and so sympathetic I really just can’t put into words how much that meant to me through the toughest time of my life. I feel I made a friend for life with her. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
