Being to you must pay, mon we y to participate in the community garden, we hil others get it free if charge, garbage which you paid for is not picked up if it is more than two bags, blocked from communication with office for more than 8 months reported it,but it is still going on,being charged illegal for their electrical usage for their energy usage of their system that maintained their property ,refusal to give a specific statement to tenants if thousands of dollars on credit for tenant
