She was so pleasant and knowledgeable, she was able to get everything taken care of by the next morning. Wonderful customer service! I cannot thank her enough for the assistance.

- MDMasha DolSep 17, 20251.0I would give negative stars if I could. These people do no useful work whatsoever. Requests go unanswered. Emails and cases ignored. Phone calls not returned. Customer service is not trained in properly routing requests and management is never anywhere to be found. We needed a letter from HOA stating that our property is not under hurricane assessment, all someone had to do was check the records and issue a short signed letter, nothing was done, we can't get a hold of anyone. The work they claim they do AI could do better at this point, such as routing maintenance requests. And anything else you need from them you can forget about it.
