  I toured Cypress Legends to potentially rent an apartment (02/2026) for me and my family. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is wonderful. The fitness room had adequate equipment and a yoga room. The 2/2 we saw was nice and clean, perfectly suited for me and my family. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding community. When compared to the other apartments available in the area, the price can't be beat.

  If you are wanting to move in..... DONT. My car is constantly hit in the parking lot, dog poop, ants, roaches, high prices for a terrible experience.

  This place is a scam. My light bill was close to 400$ every month and even had FPL come out to check my meters and the apartment is just running power even with the breakers off. I was getting charged anywhere from 10-15$ a day EVEN when the breaker would be off. We tried to get them to fix our stuff but they just give you the run around. Gate is really loud and squeaky if u live close to the gates. Most apartments are filled with mold aswell.

  They need to take the luxury out of the front of their name . The front gate is constantly broke and definitely out of date . Even when it does work multiple cars are able to pass thru at once so it mise we’ll not be there . The ac units are out of date as well and never cleaned or serviced i changed my air filter 2 weeks into living here and realized there is mold in and around ac unit . Another thing that was disappointing about cypress legends is in there lease agreements they reserve the right to raise rent which has now happend 3 time within my 10 month lease . Overall nice people at the front but horrible property management

  I just move in to Cypress Legends due my new job in Fort Myers area. Since the first day that I was looking for an apartment, I contacted "Ashley" and she was so helpful with the transition. Her attitude and kindly manner made me feel comfortable to take my decision, and you know what??...Was the best I could do it. I love my 1b/1b apartment, it's a really quite community and the most important it's close to interstate, malls, restaurants etc etc etc....100% recommended
