  My family and I stayed with a friend at The Rise Flagler Village during our kids' spring break, and we had a fantastic experience. The community atmosphere is what really stood out—every resident we met was friendly, and the management team was incredibly welcoming. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Ft. Lauderdale, I highly recommend checking them out!

  I had a truly great experience with The Rise in Fort Lauderdale. From the very first visit, everything exceeded my expectations. The building is beautiful, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. What stood out the most to me was the team. Nidia is absolutely incredible, and everyone who works there is genuinely friendly, approachable, and supportive. Throughout the entire process, they were attentive, transparent, and willing to help with every detail. Even though I ended up not moving forward with the lease due to personal reasons beyond my control, they handled everything with professionalism and kindness. They assisted me through the process, kept communication clear, and even refunded the fees I had already paid without any issues. It is rare to find a place where both the environment and the people are this positive. The Rise feels like a real community, not just a building. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Fort Lauderdale, not only for the quality of the property but especially for the people who make it such a great place. Five stars, without a doubt. - Tive uma experiência realmente excelente com o The Rise, em Fort Lauderdale. Desde a primeira visita, tudo superou minhas expectativas. O prédio é bonito, bem cuidado e tem uma atmosfera acolhedora que faz você se sentir em casa imediatamente. O que mais me chamou atenção foi a equipe. A Nidia é incrível, e todas as pessoas que trabalham lá são extremamente simpáticas, acessíveis e prestativas. Durante todo o processo, eles foram atenciosos, transparentes e sempre dispostos a ajudar em cada detalhe. Mesmo eu não tendo seguido com o contrato por motivos pessoais fora do meu controle, eles conduziram tudo com muito profissionalismo e gentileza. Me acompanharam durante todo o processo, mantiveram uma comunicação clara e ainda devolveram os valores que eu já havia pago sem qualquer problema. É raro encontrar um lugar onde tanto o ambiente quanto as pessoas sejam tão positivos. O The Rise passa uma sensação real de comunidade, não é apenas um prédio. Eu recomendo com toda certeza para quem estiver procurando um lugar em Fort Lauderdale, não só pela qualidade do imóvel, mas principalmente pelas pessoas que fazem dele um lugar bacana. Cinco estrelas, sem dúvida.

  My hubby and I are current residents of the Rise for the past year and a half. Jeff, Julia and the maintenance team are stellar. It makes the experience living here better. I favor Jeff as my go to person as he’s understanding and amazing. 🙌🏻

  I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Rise for 4 years and highly recommend it. Location is fantastic. Something that has made a difference is the maintenance. Whenever I’ve had an issue the attention has been immediate. Kenny and his team reply really fast and get it done. They are very professional, and go above and beyond to help you. Their attitude is always positive. I’ve gotten locked out of my place and they helped me right away. It’s important to know that the place is not only nice but that it’s maintained at a high level.
