- MPMiguel Alvarez ParraFeb 12, 20261.0I would not recommend renting Apartment 1-1301. There is an ongoing water leak from the main window, and the issue has not been resolved. There is also a pending hearing with the City of Fort Lauderdale (Case No. CE25060051). Management has not shown any intention of fixing the problem
