  I took a tour with Stephanie Williams and she did an outstanding job selling me the place. Her personality overall was so warm and I felt very welcomed to the neighborhood. Based on her over the top costumer service alone is why I’m moving forward with living here. The property itself is beautiful. All the amenities are outstanding. The pool area is gorgeous and the gym is fully equipped. Location wise it’s right in the middle of everything 10/10 recommend you go book your tour today with Stephanie and move in ASAP before no units are available.

  Great experience with Eric. He is always punctual and very respectful of the property. Everything was fixed in a great timely manner. He always gets the job done!!!

  Shoutout to Stephanie and Layce in the leasing office for being extremely flexible and accommodating to my needs and requests as a tenant. I’m going on Year 3 at the Motif and am in love with my new unit, pool, amenities, and the people I’ve made friends with here. When someone in Fort Lauderdale has a better pool than Motif, let me know. Otherwise I’m a resident indefinitely!!!

  We’ve had a wonderful experience at Motif at Flagler Village. The management team has been extremely professional, responsive, and supportive from day one. The staff is always helpful, attentive, and solution oriented, which makes a huge difference. Any questions or requests are handled promptly and with care. The building is well maintained, the amenities are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and organized. We truly appreciate the professionalism from the team here. Highly recommend!
