Nidia the property manager along with her amazing staff Jeff and Julia are always on top of any issues that may RISE ( no pun intended) . I recommend this building to anyone who wants to live the downtown life but just far away to enjoy the quiet space too as we are only two blocks from Las Olas. Very dog friendly and the Church next door gives us a wonderful space to let them enjoy a park like setting. I recommend you taking the time to check out The Rise . You may just stay like I did last year.

Every request is handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. They consistently go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. The cleaning staff is here daily and truly exceeds expectations. The building is always spotless, and their hard work makes the space feel welcoming and well cared for. A huge shoutout to the dream team, Jeff and Julia, who helped me and my roomate find our perfect apartment. They made us feel at home at The Rise even before we signed the lease, and their warmth and dedication made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. The sense of community in this building is unmatched. Neighbors greet each other by name, participate in social events, and genuinely look out for each other. It’s rare to find a place where the environment feels this friendly and connected. Overall, The Rise is more than just an apartment building it’s a true community, and I couldn’t be happier calling it home.
