My name is Gerda Ulysse. I’ve been with Progress Residential for the past four years. I Stayed in Jacksonville for four years and then I just do a home transfer to South Florida. I wanted to say thank you to Destiny Manna for helping me with my transfer. Darrell Johnson for taking his time to explain to me step by step. His very cordial and respectful and very professional. I was so confused with my transfer. He makes sure that I was okay until the day that I moved in. He cares a lot about his residents. Darrell thank you again for your kindness and support. The next person is Stephanie Petit. I was having so much trouble to set up my AutoPay. She stayed on the with me until I got everything right. I want to say thank you again Stephanie for helping me creating all my work order when I moved in to my new place. Keep up the good work guys. I’m very satisfied with Progress Residential. Thank you.

We have been renting our home from progress residential for about a year and a half and this is the first time something serious happens. It's so disappointing how this company has handled their business. We have been without air conditioning since Friday 3/6/2026. I called on Wednesday 3/4/26 to make a service request because our air conditioning started making a noise and sounded like it was about to break down. They made the case and said that someone would be out to fix it soon and that Tuesday would be the latest day they would come out. That was already disappointing to hear about such a major issue. Well, Friday comes and a technician calls us and tell us that the blower fan needs to be replaced. He said that there was a service appointment made for Monday. Well that night the air finally broke down and we called on Saturday to expedite this issue. When we called on Saturday, they said a service manager would call us. Well, it's Tuesday 3/10 at 6pm and still no one has called us. Then Monday comes and they were supposed to come out that day. It was 230pm and still no one came. Then all of a sudden we get a text that the appointment was changed to Friday! No one can explain why the appointment was delayed from Monday to Friday. The ladies that take the call dont even see any notes as to why the appointment was changed. I called on Monday then I called today and everytime they say that a service manager will call us. But no one has called us yet. They only reimburse up to $350 to buy a portable AC and thats how much only one costs. This is a big house with three bedrooms. So we had to buy fans instead. We have two small children and this has been so difficult. They have shown us how much they actually care about the people they rent to. We called a private AC place and they can fix the problem in one day and it would cost about $350. But Progress Residential will not reimburse if you pay out of pocket for the repair. But they will pay for fans?? Getting a hotel is not an option for us as we have two children who go to daycare and elementary school. We can't just pack up our lives. They said they've expedited this and "emailed everyone" but no one has called us. On the lease it says that AC issues are priority. Well we've learned they are not. We will not be renewing our lease. At this point they have shown us what kind of company they are. Don't rent from them. They don't care. If they show up on Friday, then that will be one whole week without air conditioning on an issue that can be easily resolved.

Vladimir Escabia, has performed an outstanding and impeccable job with our air-conditioning system. We are sincerely grateful that Progress assigned him to our case. He demonstrated exceptional expertise in his field, taking the time to clearly explain the details of the repairs as well as how the system should function once fully restored. His professionalism, punctuality, and courteous demeanor were truly appreciated. For these reasons, and all those mentioned above, I would like to extend my sincere thanks for his excellent work and offer him my full recommendation. Excellent job, Vladimir.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with Progress Residential. I applied for a property in Coconut Creek, FL that has been sitting on the market for months, yet the application process has been nothing but frustrating, confusing, and costly. To begin with, my credit is excellent, so I was surprised that the process immediately became so complicated. I understand income verification is standard, but I was uncomfortable with the fact that the only option provided was linking my personal bank account. For privacy and security reasons, I expected reasonable alternatives such as submitting W-2s, pay stubs, or official bank statements. I was told there were no other options and that I would have to reapply and pay the application fee again if I wanted to move forward. I did exactly that and paid a second time. After reapplying, I was then informed that my name did not match exactly with my driver’s license and was instructed to go to my bank, correct it, and provide proof. I took time out of my schedule to resolve this immediately and submitted the requested documentation. Three days passed with no update. When I called for a status, I was told I would need to reapply yet again and pay another application fee. At this point, I have paid multiple fees, followed every instruction given, maintained excellent credit, provided documentation, and still have no progress, no accountability, and no clear communication. It is extremely frustrating to be treated this way as a qualified applicant. The process feels disorganized, unfair, and financially burdensome. For a company of this size, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I am requesting that a manager or someone from corporate leadership review my case, contact me directly, and provide a proper resolution. Applicants should not be required to repeatedly pay fees due to internal process issues that are outside of their control. I sincerely hope this review reaches someone in leadership who values professionalism, fairness, and customer experience enough to make this right.

We found out we were having twins and suddenly needed a bigger home and more space. Just by doing a google search of homes in our area, a listing from progress popped up. I opened it and the house was exactly what we were looking for and the move in date was set for a couple weeks from when we needed to be out of our old home. It was perfect for us so we jumped. The approval process seemed like it would be difficult but it was actually very easy. Their customer service reps are also super helpful with explaining how things work. When it came time to move in we did an orientation over the phone. It was easy and simple. Upon moving into the home we found some issues that past tenants never reported to progress so progress was unaware. These issues go deeper then walking through so progress assumed the home was good! We reported the issues and within 24 hours they had people out fixing the issues. Every vender they sent was also amazing! We loved the home but it ended up having too many issues. The roof leaked (again NOT progress fault) the last tenants were awful and reported nothing to them as they should have so progress knew NOTHING! We ended up requesting a home transfer so that the roof could be repaired and other things could also get some repairs. Within a few days they approved a home transfers and allowed us to pick and tour a few properties to find out best fit. We had to pleasure of working with Amy. She is head of transfers and just a wonderful person. She helped us narrow down what would be best. Got us codes to multiple properties to view and when we found the one she had it ready that same week. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we have a safe, healthy home. I also want to shout out to Vlad, Jean, and Javier for all you’ve done as far as transfers, work orders, and all around kindness and understanding. We truly appreciate progress and would recommend them to everyone! Once again, thank you to everyone at progress! We are very happy with our new home! 💙
