  I can’t tell you how absolutely grateful me and my family are for Raul and Nestor. Our AC has stopped working and clogged up probably 3-4 times in a few months. Nestor has been an AMAZING tech and cleared it each and every time and even went as far as to show me how to clear it in the future. Absolutely outstanding service and gentleman. The AC clogged again a few days later and after the house hitting nearly 80 degrees the CSR told me that we would have to wait 4 days to get a tech back out there and when asked if we could possibly see someone sooner was told “that’s just what the calendar told me”. At 9 o’clock at night, the next hero in this story showed up, Raul Sosa literally made my entire night. Gave me a call and showed so much concern you would’ve thought he was living in the house with us. Told us that a vendor would be there next day and apologized for it not being completed. No hard feelings for anyone in this situation but man I cannot tell you how thankful me, my family, and honestly Progress Residental are to have Raul and Nestor.

  renting my first home and i just want to say the agents were more than helpful. i have spoken with a few but i want to specifically mention Sharri W. & Darrell J. they both were so knowledgeable and assisted me where i was left with no more questions, they were nice & i would recommend progress residential to anyone moving. :)

  I came home yesterday to a notice posted on my door! It was a 3 day notice for eviction!!!! Crazy thing is I’m not their tenant and they don’t own or manage the home I live in!! So my children who read the note before me were scared that we were being evicted for Christmas!! Super amazing! So I had to calm my children down and then I drove the notice to the actual address on the paper so the real tenant would atleast have the information to remedy their issue before being evicted with what I absolutely would consider NO NOTICE!! Seeing as it was never posted on the real tenant’s property! I called the number on the paper also and advised them that they trespassed and posted on a property they have absolutely ZERO business being on. I also told them that they need to make sure they notify their tenants. At which point the guy said that I would need to call the court house as they are who “served the documents “ EXCUSE ME!!! It was not my JOB to drive the notice to the tenants (I did choose to as it would be horrible if they were evicted on Christmas without notice) It is not my JOB to call the court! That is all yours!!! I’m extremely lucky this is not my property manager! It seems that can’t do the job professionally! If I could rate 0 ⭐️ I would but it’s not an option!! Ohhh and I never received an apology for my children being in fear for this companies screw up!

  I was in a situation where I had no air conditioning for four days. Stephany Petit (5🌟) helped me a lot by giving me a discount for those four days without A/C and creating a work order. Her service was excellent and efficient. Al llamar a customer services de la compañía te crean la orden de trabajo, en mi caso se demoraron dos días para llegar un técnico y decir que no podía hacer el trabajo y pasarlo a un tercero. Son bien demorados e irresponsables cuando hay alguna falla o problema. Luego de varios días llamando e insistiendo vía email y por teléfono Luz Cruz me responde un email diciéndome que me estaba haciendo un favor al responderme. Como si la renta de la casa yo la pagara de favor. Luego Stephany Petit la manager de mi renta me atendió muy bien 5 estrellas con el descuento y otra orden de trabajo.
