Alexandra, the Assistant Manager, was especially helpful. She guided me step by step through every question I had regarding my lease with kindness and patience. The Property Manager, Lourdes Pastor, is equally impressive. She demonstrates a high level of understanding, professionalism, and patience, making every interaction smooth and reassuring. I also want to highlight the maintenance team truly outstanding. Rudy, the Maintenance Supervisor, leads the team with excellence. They respond promptly to every request, work efficiently, and are always respectful and communicative. Overall, Bonita Pointe is a 10/10 property. The level of service and care from the entire team makes this community stand out. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

They are remarkable and always take time out to help you. They go out of their way to help you. And their very professional. The changes their making are a blessing for everyone! - JAJose ArroyoNov 21, 20232.0For the last 2 months there has been plumbing work at building 2, what I see is that they dig the same hole every time, I believe in do it right the 1st time. Also the office doesn't let us know there is no water for the whole day, so that we can prepare.
