  Living here is nice, in the middle of everything, close to many grocery stores. Common area is great (dogs park, pool, gym, etc), very clean, most people follow the rules. There’s always a monthly events that pull everyone together (wine tasting, bingo, etc). *Maintenance is fantastic, always do a wonderful jobs! VERY EFFICIENT AND QUICK* Couple problem I have is the trash being pick up (paid $35 monthly for it, it’s not an option you will have to pay for it), and hard to reach main office via phone or emails. Always have to walk to their office on my day off try to talk to them. Overall is great!

  Going to go ahead and start with a shoutout to Sam… she is THAT girl 👏🏻 From the very beginning she answered my (million) questions, responded to emails quickly, and made the whole move-in process so much easier. The complex itself is on the smaller side, which makes it feel more homey and less chaotic than huge apartment communities nearby. The amenities are great, (dog moms… trust me!), the property is well kept, and just an overall comfortable place to live. And the location? 🤌🏻 You’re ridiculously close to food, shops, and basically everything in town, which makes life so convenient.
