  I became a resident of The Station in July, of 2023. Sam orchestrated my move-in and she was, and continues to be, super helpful, always taking time for you. Both Sam and Kylee are consistently welcoming and ready to assist. The maintenance team is above average too, they are practically at your service as soon as you put in your request. The Station has events going on all the time for the residents, from food trucks and bingo to wine tasting and holiday events. The apartments are beautifully designed and energy efficient. I love that it's a smaller complex than most. It makes for a very quiet community and the amenities, pool, community room, workout area, are great. If you're in the market for renting, you can't go wrong at The Station. It's a prime location in Fleming Island, close to everything, you may need.

  I’ve lived at The Station since August and I’ve had nothing but a great time living here. From the office staff to maintenance everyone is so awesome. The girls in the office are nice and helpful, Kenney and Tim do a great job keeping the property clean and any issue I had they took care of it so fast! I’m very happy to be here!

  The station has an excellent reputation that goes far beyond this property . Attentive to any need you may have and done with professionalism. The office staff , manager Kylee and leasing agent Sam along with maintenance, Tim and Kenny have made living here truly a place you can call home.

  I’ve never lived at an apartment complex before this. I have to give a shout out to the ladies in the office for always making sure we as residents feel welcomed and comfortable! The resident events that happen monthly are so much fun! Kylee and Sam go above and beyond! As for maintenance, Kenney and Tim do such a great job! Anything I’ve ever needed which wasn’t much, they were always there with a smile! I love living here and will stay for a long time!

  I moved here from New York back in August 2024. The move was quite the experience. My sister and brother-in-law moved into their apartment as one of the first residents and seen the building complex come together very quickly. Kylie and Sam were both very helpful and made a stressful move less stressful. Upon arriving here at The Station Fleming Island, I was totally convinced that my living here would be a definite welcome. The apartments are new, clean and affordable (not like NY). The maintenance staff are amazing with their quick response to apartment issues. All my physicians are within a mile and Baptist Health is practically around the corner (which is also Brand New). There are plenty of shops and resturants close by. Above all, a safe community with lots of amenities. I would highly recommend The Station Fleming Island to anyone looking to move into a well-maintained community.
