  I had such an amazing experience with Bachir when I trying to find my new home. He was very polite, kind, a lot of knowledge about everything and he understood what I needed and now I’m moving to waterline Estero. Thank you so much, for all team :)

  My experience at Waterline could not have been better. Bachir,the leasing agent who was patient, compassionate and competent ( for this oldtimer) to Nina the property manager who could not have been more gracious and inviting, to Edgardo and Pedro the maintenance supervisor, who was friendly and welcoming.   The scheduled tour was very rushed, he didn’t show any amenities, and didn’t feel very inviting.

  I would like to highlight the excellent work of the maintenance team. They are always responsive, professional, and courteous. It is clear that they are committed to keeping everything in excellent condition and addressing every issue efficiently and promptly. I would especially like to recognize Pedro for his dedication and strong work ethic. He is attentive, respectful, and always willing to help. The quality of his work is outstanding, and he consistently demonstrates great knowledge and experience. He is truly a valuable asset to the team and plays a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly. Thank you to the entire team for your continued hard work and commitment.
