- MWMarty WenselNov 8, 20211.0After renting from rent me florida the property manager for 3 years only ever having them fix the exhaust fan in the bathroom. And always having my rent on time or early they decided to keep my security deposit. This after I spent over 9 hours cleaning and patching your usual holes and painting. They claimed it wasn't clean enough and decided to charge me for damages that were done before I moved in that I marked down on my initial walk through. Then Mary Hanks decides to call me not to go over what they thought was justified but to complain that I'm talking poorly about them on Facebook.

I like her mental toughness when she needs to be. I am reading the negative comments and find them to be terrible. Yeah I want Beth to ask a million questions about a possible renter, and if they don't like it too bad move on, they do that to protect the home owner. They manage the property, they don't do repairs, they call and send emails for repairs etc,. it is up to the home owner from that point on to get it done.
