- AAA5 days ago1.0Not a good experience!! Yes, the residents in this community are friendly. The sales staff is also friendly, but this review is about the homes built by DiVosta/Pulte. These are certainly not luxury homes. The quality is substandard. Too many major construction issues with significant defects. Too many to list all of them here, just some examples: water leaks from improper installation of AC units, appliances and plumbing, poorly installed drywall and paint, cracks in foundation, leaking roofs, uneven floors/walls, misaligned tiles and much more. The one year warranty is a joke, complicated, time consuming and ineffective. They don't have the skilled/knowledgeable staff to fix anything. Otherwise they would have built better houses to begin with. Lots of hidden costs. Overall assessment: "Overpriced, poor quality homes"! Don't buy!

Everywhere we looked, we kept comparing the amenities, floorplans, and overall environment to Beachwalk. So why keep looking! We have been here for a year now and are still loving it. Devosta has a process where they inspect your home after a year and find any issues that need to be fixed. They were awesome. Found some very minor issues and took care of everything in a timely manner...and to our complete satisfaction. Hats off to A.J. for being so awesome to work with. I debated as to whether or not to write this review as I think of Beachwalk as our "best kept secret"...:) So very happy here!

Living so close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, golfing, boating, fishing is awesome! Many thanks to our warranty manager Scott Bohnert for always assisting us with any issues we had. Made us feel valuable to own a home here in Beachwalk!
