She is very helpful and informed, explained everything in detail to us, answered all our questions without rushing us and returned our calls very quickly. Our Construction Manager, Eric Gongwer, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. He did everything in a timely manner all while keeping us informed and updated. Last but not least is our Customer Care Manager, Sean Giaquinto. He was also excellent. He was very thorough and explained everything to us in detail. We feel very confident should there be any issues that he will take care of us. All that said, Pulte has a reason to be proud!
