- AAAdvance5 days ago1.0Extremely disappointed with how management handles renewals here. They will present you with a "base rent" figure that looks like a deal, but it is a total bait-and-switch. In our previous lease, the total monthly amount included our service/convenience packages. For the renewal, they lowered the "base" price on paper but "unbundled" the fees—moving the $135 "convenience" package (More so a headache package.) to a separate line item instead of including it in the total. By the time you add the fees back in, you’re actually paying significantly MORE than before, all while they frame it as a price drop or a "fair" adjustment. On top of the sneaky jargon and fee restructuring, they stripped away all previous concessions without a word. They rely on residents not doing the complex math between two different lease formats to catch the increase. It feels incredibly deceptive and predatory toward loyal tenants. If you decide to live here, do not trust the "Total Rent" number they give you—get a calculator and find the real total yourself, because they won't make it easy for you.

Everything was very clean when I moved in, and whenever I’ve needed anything, they’ve been responsive and helpful. I’ve felt very supported and comfortable living here. I definitely recommend this community.
