  Something is always broken or out of order here. For example, the Jacuzzi is intermittently out of order, as is the pool heater, which doesn't work at all.

  The management at this location is absolutely a joke!! They don’t follow the contract agreement at all. They say it’s a no smoking on property or in apartments. They have been aware of a couple smoking marijuana in their apartment for over 5 months. It goes into other apartments and it smells so bad. They expect people to pay 1700.00 a month and live in a shitty living environment. I have been very patient and going by their word they are taking care of the situation. LIES LIES LIES!! You can also hear everything through the walls of these apartments! Don’t waste your money, you will soon regret moving into this place.

  We love living here! We are now in our second apartment here because between the warm staff, beautiful apartments, and incredible amenities, what’s not to love?! Penny from the maintenance staff has been especially kind and helpful and has made our move to the new apartment so much easier!

  My recent interaction with Kyle from the Maintenance team was excellent! He came to my apartment for a request I had put in for the shower. He very quickly identified the problem and found a solution which I am very happy with. It is clear Kyle is very experienced in his field and a great asset to the team. While I am here, I have had great experiences with other Palm Grove staff I would like to share. Angelina- Was extremely helpful with ensuring I was able to move in and had all the information I needed to know when I was running quite late due to travel issues. She also made my renewal process seamless and has always asked how things are going when I stop at the office to get a new AC filter. She is a great asset to the team. Mike- He helped give me a maintenance overview of my apartment and answered any questions I had. He even helped bring in boxes that got delivered before my move in(and they were not small/light for sure and there were several)! Mike also helped with a maintenance request or 2 a ways back and he fixed the issues so quickly like magic! It is clear Mike is super experienced in his field and is a great asset to the team. While the above staff is who I have interacted with most so far, I also asked Penny from maintenance a question in passing about an appliance and she knew the answer right away and pointed me in the right direction which was greatly appreciated . Last Brittany from the front office was very nice and provided a replacement AC filter when I stopped by the office. Aside from the great staff, Palm Grove has great amenities (my personal favorite being the pool). The location is also right near the outlet mall, all stores and restaurants you would want and close proximity to the highway where you can get to St Pete. Or Sarasota quickly and great beaches are a short drive away. All of the above makes Palm Grove a great place to live!

  Please include this review with Penny's file. She deserves more than a 5Star rating since she always responds to issues in a timely manner with an extremely positive and courteous manner. You should have 5 more of her to work at Palm Grove. Her work is impeccable and she is very efficient! I most certainly give her a 5Star rating with pleasure!!!! Diane Thomas
