  We recently relocated from Utah to Florida, and because we moved here without family and I work from home, it was especially important to us that our apartment was a place we felt proud of and could truly call home. I’ll be transparent — the initial condition of the unit at move-in was disappointing given the ~$3,000/month rent. There were cleanliness issues and some work needed, and while we were advised to inventory items for move-out purposes, our concern was never about being charged later. We wanted to enjoy our home from Day 1 and start off in a space that reflected the level of care we fully intend to give it. What ultimately moved this to a 5-star experience was how quickly and thoughtfully everything was handled afterward. Mariana acted promptly to ensure our unit was prioritized, and all requests were addressed within our first few days. She was exceptionally patient, helpful, and thorough throughout the entire application and move-in process. Jose and his team were also outstanding — they truly went above and beyond to make sure our apartment felt like a home. Mariana and Jose made all the difference during a major life transition for us, and we’re very appreciative of the care, professionalism, and follow-through they showed. Because of their responsiveness and commitment to making things right, we feel confident and happy calling Palmera home.

  El servicio es lento , no hay sistema de cámaras , el parque para mascotas en pésimas condiciones huele muy mal . Algunas chicas de las oficinas prestan un mal servicio. Me dejé engañar al ver las amenidades lamentablemente es lo único bueno .
