  Vicky is the GOAT, the Tom Brady of real estate. My husband and I are Keller Williams real estate agents in Northern Virginia, so we know the difference between an inexperienced or part-time agent and someone who takes their profession seriously and has strategies, systems, processes, and the knowledge and experience to navigate the market. Vicky is at the top of her game, not just in the Santa Rosa Beach area and 30A of South Walton County, but I would say anywhere in the country. We got introduced to Vicky through Keller Williams, and she came highly recommended as the master of condos and other properties. We had an agent before her and tried to list our condo previously without success. It was an extremely difficult market, so we were really grateful for her expertise. Vicky is incredibly professional. She goes above and beyond when marketing, presenting, negotiating, and analyzing the market. She kept us on our toes, and I personally learned from her example to be a better agent myself. She was extremely responsive; texts or calls were usually returned within the hour. Her counsel on listing and adjusting our price in this slower market was pivotal. She had us hold back while she worked with other agents, and we got it under contract. Because of her patience, we yielded much more on our final sale. She is personal, not transactional, taking the time to get to know you, explain things, and walk you through the process. We would definitely reach out to Vicky again or recommend her to others looking for a top Realtor in Santa Rosa Beach.

  Moving from Ohio to Florida was overwhelming at first, but Vick​y made finding and building our home in Freeport surprisingly easy. She stayed in touch constantly, walked us through every step, and always had answers when we needed them. What really stood out was how down-to-earth and approachable she is, while still knowing the Freeport area inside and out. We never felt left in the dark.   Vicky gets homes sold! She handled everything from professional home staging to open houses and backed it up with strong marketing that brought in buyers. Having worked with other realtors before, what made Vicky stand out was her professionalism and how seamless she made the entire process. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor to buy or sell a home in Florida and will reach out to her again for future real estate needs.

  As an out-of-state buyer coming from Texas, I had no idea how anything worked, real estate wise, in Florida! Vicky is an amazing Realtor who didn’t just help me find the perfect house. She clearly explained every step of the process and even pointed me toward the best places to eat and hang out so I could feel at home. My realtor in Texas introduced us, and the whole process was pretty quick. I initially went down to Florida but had to cut my trip short for work, yet she continued to send emails with listings and options I might be interested in. Vicky was always on top of everything, responding immediately to calls and texts, and when we had a difficult seller, she went to bat and did everything she could to make things work in my favor. She did such a great job as my Realtor that she’ll be the first person I reach out to the next time I decide to buy or sell in the Destin, Florida area.
