  WOW! Simply the best! We have bought and sold a few properties in our lives and are well aware of the absolute horror of having a lousy, lazy, lackluster realtor. When we decided to sell our home in Delray Beach, a very hot market, we did our due diligence and interviewed realtors using the knowledge we have gained. Of course we weren't disappointed, they all were more concerned with their profit than us. Well that all changed when Carol AND Kathleen from Houseworks Real Estate came in and sat with us at our dining table. Right away we knew they were listening to us and were there to help us sell our home rather than fill their quota. SO REFRESHING! Did I mention they only charge a flat fee of $5000.00? Ultimately that translated to $16,000.00 in our pocket!! I know what you are thinking, like all our friends, so they are like a "help you sell" kinda thing? NO, NO, NO! Houseworks is a full service realtor! We knew we made the right choice, just hours from signing the contract Kathleen showed up to get a couple of quick pics for the "coming soon" ad. Then came the TEAM! Carol, Jessie, Kathleen, labor crew and the photographer. They politely asked permission to rearrange our furnishings and with our permission turned our place into a very market friendly home. They had an open house within days, producing multiple offers over asking price! We were so satisfied with our choice to use Houseworks to sell our home we used them to BUY our new home! I guess I wasn't listening to Carol at our table but we just found out that they are refunding half of the commission they are getting from the sellers of the home we just purchased!.... WOW!
