  The girls in the office are wonderful and so helpful and accommodating. Anytime I’m having an issue, they follow up and care very much. Jessica has been especially helpful and made sure my dryer was in working order after I had some issues with it. She answered me promptly every-time I reached out and made sure that the problem was remedied in a timely manner. It’s Great place to live with great staff!

  The sales representative who greeted my girlfriend and me stopped communicating with me after realizing that I am a foreigner. After saying hello in the first minute, he continued speaking only with my girlfriend and ignored me completely. Even after I clearly stated that I would be the one renting the apartment and living there alone, he still did not communicate with me. This situation was very frustrating and disrespectful. Because of this experience, I do not think I will return there again. I definitely would not recommend this place to others.

  Office is decent for support. Neighbors suck & forget there's others living above and below them & will complain day and night about everything out of your control. So much new construction going on it physically will shake your unit if youre in the back. Neighbors leave HEAPS of trash in hallways for days, smells horrible. It was decent for a year but after being there a year, truly better neighborhoods to be apart of. Great layouts, office staff is decent. Everything else absolutely sucks.

  I really hate to write this because my wife and I truly love(ed) this place when touring. We toured twice with the 2/2 and the 3/2. When we went to look at the 3/2 (Atlanta Layout) we toured unit 8-312. At first nothing seemed off and my wife saw a roach in the shower but we brushed it off cause it’s Florida and there’s always bound to be SOMETHING. It was dead too so no alarms went off. And then things went downhill. We realized there were hundreds all over the door hinges of the bedroom to the far left, roaches in the fridge, all over the crease where the wall meets the ceiling. It was truly insane how they were freely just roaming and there were more than we could even count. We left disappointed because it was our dream place up until then and we can’t even bring ourselves to just pick a different building because if anyone knows, if THAT many are visible- there are 3-4 times that many NOT visible. I am not saying to run, even though we are most likely going elsewhere before we get trapped in a roach filled apartment. But do not sign any lease until they either bug bomb the buildings or address this issue. NOBODY should live that way and while their prices are competitive- it seems to maybe be for a reason.
