We truly appreciated the patience he had while we overcame obstacles, shifted plans, and made decisions. After looking at some lot models and listening to us talk about things we liked/disliked, he pulled us into the office to show us a floor plan that wasn't on the lot. We loved it! Not only did he work with the Crestview location, which had one on its lot, but he also came out to walk it with us. He immediately helped us get paperwork going and stayed in constant communication. We recently closed and can't wait to be in our home! Thanks, Nathan!

The managers had absolutely no idea what was going on, placed the wrong house on my property & the houses come with roaches because apparently if the houses sit “too long” then German roaches love to live inside them. The guest bathroom shower never worked & they had to come back several times to fix it because they didn’t have the “right part.” This place is an absolute scam & I feel terrible for everyone that has to live in these homes. Specifically from defuniak springs.
