Office staff is very friendly and helpful, Will and Tony always attentive to me and my family, assisting when needed. A special thanks to Nora and Fatima that always helped and assisted us with everything with care and amicably. Amazing place to live.

This neighborhood is extremely safe, clean, the maintenance team is INCREDIBLY friendly, helpful, and all around kind. The management staff (Nora and Fatima) are beyond helpful and kind, and work SO HARD to enforce the rules of the neighborhood and keep our homes safe and happy, i am beyond grateful for all their work even under seemingly insurmountable odds! (Rule-breakers and parking issues) but even still, they persist in trying to do right by their tenants and i am eternally grateful for all their hard work. Nora has been exceptionally helpful in dealing with certain issues relative to cigarette smokers around my apartment and i cant thank her enough for all her efforts!

- AWAnna WilburAug 22, 20175.0I have lived at Limetree apartments for over 3yra. Mt 1st year they over hauled the staff here and I can't express how grateful I am. They have fliped now only painting, landscape, tennis and pool areas but mostly the staff are 100% caring and most qualified I have every seen in any complex/landlords I have lived in the 30 plus yrs in South Florida. There is always something to do more, but no residents can say different about the care and attention they give us. The staff knows we live here (there are even staff members who live here as well) and treat all concerns, monthly and annual maintence. My a/c, fire detects, oven and peat controls are held speedily and accurate. Much gratitude and thanks Limetree Village Staff
